What is Members Pricing?
Supamart Members Pricing is a free and instant way to score even more Supa savings when you shop! Look out for products marked with Members Pricing shelf tickets in-store. Members Pricing is only available in-store currently.
How do I get the Members Prices?
Already a Supamart Member? Simply shop for products with Members Pricing shelf tickets at your local Supamart, and scan your Supamart Members card at checkout. Not a Member yet? Join by downloading the app or via the QR code in-store, start shopping, and scan your Members card at checkout before payment. Supa savings will be automatically applied.
At which stores can I find Members Prices?
Members Prices are available at all of our Supamart stores across Greater Sydney.
What products are on offer?
Our Members Pricing offers change all the time, so you can enjoy savings on a fresh selection of products. Just keep an eye out for the Members Pricing shelf tickets in-store.
Why are you offering Members Pricing?
We want to give our customers even more value! We still have SUPA competitive prices and specials if you don’t wish to become a member. Offering more specials is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us.
If I sign up as a new Supamart Member and shop on the same day, will I be able to access Member Prices?
Absolutely! Welcome! Once you’ve signed up and scanned your Supamart Members barcode, the Member Prices will automatically apply at checkout – even if you’ve only just joined. It does take a minute to sign up so ensure you do this before you get to check out for ease.
I forgot to scan my card. Can you apply the discount for me afterward?
Unfortunately we can’t apply the Member Price after the transaction if you forgot to scan your card.
I don’t want to join the program, but I want the Member Price.
Our Member Price is a benefit for Supamart Members. But don’t worry – we’re still SUPA competitive on pricing! Becoming a Member just gives you access to even more savings, special discounts, and member-only competitions. Plus, joining is quick, easy, and free! There is no minimum spend required.
Can I sign up online?
Right now, Supamart Members Pricing is only available via the free Supamart app. You can sign up by scanning the QR code in-store or downloading the Supamart app from the App Store or Google Play. Online sign-ups via a website aren’t available just yet, but our friendly team in-store is happy to help if you need any assistance!
