What is Supamart Rewards?
Supamart Rewards is our new loyalty program. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, collect bonus points on selected products and turn your points into rewards for future shops.
What is happening to Members Pricing?
From Wednesday 28 October, Supamart Rewards replaces Members Pricing. Instead of special member prices on selected products, you can earn points on eligible shopping and extra points through special offers. This is a new program in a different app: Go Rewards.
I am already a Members Pricing member. What do I need to do?
Supamart Rewards is a NEW loyalty program using a DIFFERENT app. Simply download the Go Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up for Supamart Rewards. It takes less than one minute!
What should I do with my old Members Pricing wallet card?
Please REMOVE your old Supamart Members Pricing card from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. That card belongs to the previous program. Download the NEW Go Rewards app, sign up for Supamart Rewards (in less than one minute), and add your NEW rewards card to your wallet. Use the new card when shopping.
Is Go Rewards the same as the old Supamart app?
No. Go Rewards is a DIFFERENT app for the NEW Supamart Rewards program. The previous Supamart app and Members Pricing program are being retired for loyalty use. Download Go Rewards and sign up to get started.
How do I join Supamart Rewards?
Download the Go Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR codes around the store, choose Supamart Rewards and sign up. It takes less than one minute! You can also ask staff about starting to earn points at checkout using your mobile number.
Do I need the app?
You can start earning points at checkout using your registered mobile number. To redeem rewards, access personalised offers and view digital receipts, you need to complete registration in Go Rewards.
Can my family share one account?
No. Accounts are for individual use. Each person should have their own membership.
Can I use Supamart Rewards at self-checkout?
Yes. Scan your new Supamart Rewards barcode at self-checkout to earn points. Customer search and new registrations are not available at self-checkout; please visit a staffed register for help.
What if I do not receive my SMS code?
Check spam, junk and blocked messages. On Android, look in the messaging app’s “Spam & Blocked” folder. On iPhone, check message filtering and “Silence Unknown Senders” settings. If it still does not arrive, use Contact Us and include your phone make/model and whether you are using the same mobile number registered to Go Rewards.
What if I have duplicate accounts?
Only one account is allowed per mobile number. Please send an enquiry using Contact Us inside the Supamart Rewards program in Go Rewards so our team can help.
What if I already have a Go Rewards account?
Log in to Go Rewards using your existing mobile number. Under “Explore other programs”, search for Supamart Rewards and register. Your mobile number will be linked to your Supamart Rewards account.
Can I use Supamart Rewards at every Supamart store?
Yes, at all seven Supamart stores.
Can customers under 18 join?
Yes. Customers under 18 can join with parental supervision, in line with Slyp guidelines.
What if I forget to scan my Supamart Rewards card at checkout?
Forgot to scan your Supamart Rewards card or had trouble scanning it? No worries! If you’ve spent $50 or more in a single transaction, you can request to have your points added to your account. Simply find the Contact Us form inside the Supamart Rewards program in the GoRewards app, then submit your receipt, bank statement or proof of transaction, along with your Supamart Rewards membership details. Our team will review your request and, once verified, arrange for your eligible points to be added to your account.
Please note: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Transactions under $50 are not eligible for retrospective points claims.
Earning points
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible items. Scan your new Supamart Rewards barcode in Go Rewards or your updated Apple/Google Wallet card before paying. You can also ask staff to look up your registered mobile number.
What if I forget my phone?
Tell the cashier the mobile number linked to your membership before paying.
When will my points appear?
Should be immediately, if not, within a couple of hours.
Which items are excluded to use the points for?
Supamart Rewards points cannot be redeemed on tobacco and cigarette products, gift cards, gift vouchers, EPAY/phone credit or any other items prohibited by law. These purchases are also excluded from earning Supamart Rewards points.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 18 months of account inactivity. Each eligible shop that registers activity restarts the 18-month period.
Using your rewards
How much are my points worth?
Every 1,000 points unlocks a $10 reward. That means $10 back for every $1,000 of eligible spend, before bonus points.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Register in Go Rewards and present your membership at checkout. Rewards can be redeemed in $10 incrementss, such as $10, $20 or $30, subject to your available balance.
Can I redeem $15?
No. Rewards are redeemed in $10 increments only.
Can I redeem rewards without the app?
No. You can earn points with a mobile-number-only membership, but must complete registration in Go Rewards to redeem rewards.
What if my reward will not redeem?
Make sure your Go Rewards account is verified, you have at least 1,000 points ($10) and you are redeeming in $10 increments. If it still does not work, please ask the store manager for assistance.
Offers and bonuses
Is there a welcome offer?
Yes. Earn 1,000 bonus points (worth $10) when you complete two eligible shops of $50 or more within 30 days of joining.
What are Member Bonuses?
Extra points on selected products, highlighted on shelf tickets. Scan your membership when shopping to receive eligible bonus points.
What are Boosters?
Personalised bonus-point offers in Go Rewards. Open your Supamart Rewards program in the app and your Boosters will be automatically activated. You’ll earn bonus points when you purchase any eligible products.
Online shopping and support
Can I earn or use rewards online?
Yes. You can earn and redeem points through Supamart Online at Blaxland and Tramsheds when your Supamart Rewards membership is linked at checkout. You must have a verified Go Rewards account to redeem. Shop at https://supamartonline.com.au.
Where can I redeem my points?
Redeem at the checkout of any Supamart store, or through Supamart Online at Blaxland and Tramsheds: https://supamartonline.com.au. You need a verified Go Rewards account. Redemption is not available through Uber Eats, DoorDash or Amazon.
Do I earn points on Uber Eats or DoorDash orders?
No. Supamart Rewards points cannot currently be earned or redeemed on Uber Eats or DoorDash orders, or on Amazon orders. Eligible Supamart Online orders are different.
